Update – Low Rise Medium Density Housing Code Further Deferred

The implementation of the Low Rise Medium Housing Code (The Code’) will be further deferred until 1 July 2020 for the existing 45 deferred councils. The extension of time will allow the deferred councils to complete their strategic planning, update their LEPs, identify and map areas of special local character. This leaves 82 councils where the Code is now operating:
