This duplex looking development is situated on two separate narrow lots. The proposal involves creating two separate houses under complying development – each house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sits on a 221 square metre lot that is already subdivided. The building has a French Provincial inspired exterior with light-filled interiors. The resulting two homes proves that aesthetic and functional requirements can be achieved with simple, considered design. Recently CDC approved and ready for construction.
