This three-terrace development in the South-Western Sydney suburb of Busby was approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. The 605- square-metre project consists of three torrens title homes with five bedrooms each. Efficiency is vital when each subdivided lot is only 200 square metre and these terrace homes are a celebration of functional, effective use of space. The external design features a traditional pitch roof construction with a contemporary facade inspired by the “Overhang” house in Oakville, Canada.
