Four terrace development with strata title subdivision approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code in Great Western Sydney suburb of Telopea (City Of Parramatta Council). The development has a sleek exterior that exudes a luxurious and contemporary feel. The timber look battens not only add great texture and visual interest but also provide privacy and sun control to the residents. Despite the site constraints, this project simply showcases our practice ethos in creating homes that is just as comfortable as its functional and aesthetically pleasing. Completed July 2023.
