A dual occupancy and torrens title subdivision under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. Each unit feature five bedrooms with generous open-plan living and dining, well cross ventilation and an abundance of windows and skylights for plenty of natural light. The colour and material selections have been chosen to create a “simple, modern and elegant” look. The architectural aluminium slat screens not only provide privacy and sun control but combine to complete the look. Currently under construction.
Project Achievements
– A great outcome as we fast-tracked this project and got it approved before the implementation of the draft Parramatta LEP in mid-2021.
