This new purpose built warehouse facility in the Greater Western Sydney suburb of Rydalmere was designed to house a kitchen supply showroom and distribution company. The 713 sqm facility comprises a showroom, an administration office occupying the mezzanine and a large warehouse distribution area with two loading docks and two roller shutter doors. The new facility will enable the company to optimise space utilisation, productivity as well as meet their future requirements in terms of organic growth. Currently awaiting fast-track approval under complying development uusing the SEPP CDC Part 5A Industrial and Business Buildings Code.
