Concept design for a mixed-use apartment building in Schofields. The project consist of 45 residential units designed under the new NDIS SDA Design Standards with the ground floor dedicated for a large 1200m2 medical centre. ArkExpress is proud to to contribute to more high quality and specialist housing solution for NDIS participants with very high and complex support needs to enable them to lead ordinary lives.
