This boutique residential unit development is located in the heart of Homebush West. It consists of 4 levels featuring 16 residential units with a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms and 2 levels of basement carparking for 21 vehicles. A rooftop communal garden is added for its residents’ amenity. The building form, selected colours and material are a direct response to streetscape and locality as well as introducing a fresh contemporary perspective along the existing streetscape.
– The project maximised the site use by putting 16 residential units on a 760m² block.
– The development has been designed as “affordable rental housing” pursuant to State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009. Accordingly, the development will contribute to housing diversity and affordability, capitalising on the sites proximity to the railway station and the surrounding retail/commercial centre.
