ArkExpress was engaged to prepare a set of detailed and accurate set of construction documentation and obtaining the construction certificate for a new mixed-use childcare centre in Middleton Grange (Liverpool City Council). The ground floor is dedicated for a 34-place childcare centre and the first floor is for residential use. At ArkExpress, we have an excellent reputation on designing beautiful buildings but we are also well known for creating the most efficient and accurate construction documents leading to the successful execution of every construction project. The centre opened mid September 2023 and will be run by Litttle Pilots Academy.
