This new single storey medical centre is located in the seaside town of Old Bar in the Mid North Coast of NSW. The clean lines, sprawling windows and glossy matrix panels give this medical centre an ultra modern appeal. Like a work of modern art, the building looks different depending on the angle and this is what makes it truly unique. The 14 consulting rooms are all arranged around a central treatment and procedure room for effective and efficient flow of patients and staff. While every aspect of the facility is designed to meet current functional needs, it does not end there – the design offers flexibility to expand in the future with additional levels to accommodate changing needs.
Through our experienced planning and design process, this project was DA approved in just 4 months from Mid-Coast Council.
