Another low rise housing diversity project but this one is a manor house. This manor house is like a mini residential flat building (class 2 building) containing 4 residential dwellings strata titled over 2 levels on a single 900sqm residential site. Each home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with open plan living, precious private outdoor space and their own separate lock-up garage – all the amenities of a single dwelling. It is a great example of innovative building design resulting in great spaces that people want to live in because it caters to their lifestyle needs and meet their budgets. Currently ready for construction.
Project Achievements
– Although this is our first manor house project under the low rise housing diversity code, we managed to get this approved in just under 3 weeks.
