This luxury dual occupancy is on a challenging site in Padstow Heights (Canterbury-Bankstown City Council) – triangular shaped, classified road with a 9m front setback and a wide frontage. Although it was a challenge to design a 3-4 bedroom duplex with double basement garages on this heavily constrained site, we thoroughly enjoyed (and thrived) pushing ourselves creatively.
The clever use of angled mansard wall enables us to not only take advantage of the setback constraints but push the building envelope angle. The end result is two truly unique homes that simply showcase our creative skills and understanding of how good design delivers value. Completed July 2023.
