Located on a 706 sqm corner block in the South Western Sydney suburb of Wattle Grove (Liverpool City Council), four terrace houses CDC approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. While terrace houses are usually dark and dinky, these terrace houses find light and space from the high raked ceilings, large clerestory windows and large skylights. This project challenges the narrative of a traditional terrace house by creating highly spacious and light-filled contemporary homes that feels and functions like free-standing homes.
