A dual occupancy fast tracked and approved with less hassle through complying development under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. This will probably be one of the last dual occupancy development in the area considering the upcoming changes to the Parramatta LEP prohibiting dual occupancies in sensitive locations or on small sites. This was a race against time and we made it… along with a great design too! Currently under construction.
