This modern industrial business complex consist of 28 warehouse units with associated mezzanine offices totalling almost 4,300 square metres of floor space and 2 levels of basement parking for 98 cars. This project has all the challenges and constraints you can think of from being located on a difficult site with a significant fall to the rear of 25 metres, RMS site access issues due to bushfire zone out the back, stormwater runoff out into the nature reserve issues, height issues and overshadowing issues with the trees growing in the nature reserve. Recently DA approved after 3 years in Council and currently under construction.
– This site had a significant cross-fall and a 25 metres steep slope from the ground. Our design incorporated basement parking towards the back of the site to take advantage of the topography and slope of the land which will provide significant construction cost savings.
