ArkExpress was approached to redesign an existing three level residence situated within the exquisite surrounds of Balmoral’s Golden Mile. We saw the potential for contemporary updates to open the space and to capitalise the elevated North aspect and water views. Our design incorporated large, northerly-orientated operable windows that allow for cross-ventilation and maximum natural light.
