Incorporating effective planning that eliminates waste space and optimises the footprint, we were able to create four terrace houses with torrens title, featuring 5 generously proportioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 living areas! The simple building form yet strong sense of symmetry combined with a varied palette of materials will bring a building with an abundance of street presence. CDC approved and completed March 2023.
