Five terrace houses located in Wollongong’s southern suburb of Berkeley – CDC approved under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. Designed to be cost efficient with a simple material palette and refined aesthetic befitting their location. All five terraces are torrens title and feature four spacious bedrooms and two large living rooms. Also, through our experienced planning and design process, we managed to fit a detached studio for two of the side terraces so the site has definitely been maximised. Completed August 2023.
