This is not our first group home approved under complying development but our first group home approval since the new Design and Building Practitioners legislation (the DBP) impacted class 3 buildings. Designed under the new NDIS SDA Design Standards, this two storey group home is specially designed for people with high physical support needs. ArkExpress is proud to to contribute to more high quality and specialist housing solution for NDIS participants with very high and complex support needs to enable them to lead ordinary lives.
