This multi-residential project consists of five townhouses located in a small town in the Macarthur Region of NSW. Experienced and efficient planning saw 5 x two storey townhouses with 3 bedrooms created on a 1,600 sqm block – a great result for a tight site especially given that four is the maximum number of units allowable based on the site width. The townhouses were designed with a simple and balanced palette of materials and architectural style that positively respond to the neighbourhood character. The project took just over 12 months in Wollondilly Shire Council for DA approval and is currently at CC stage.
