Designed under the low rise housing diversity code, these 4 terrace homes is situated on a tight corner site that is just over 670 sqm. Aesthetically, the exterior design seeks to stand firm with a presence that was not overdone. Internally, as you enter each house, you can immediately grasp the notion of making the most of the space as this was of great importance and a priority in the design brief. This project was approved in less than 3 weeks and construction was completed June 2022.
Project Achievements
– To create four wholly functional and welcoming homes in such a restricted space arrangement is not an easy task. By thinking outside the box and using a little creativity, we managed to fit 3 comfortable bedrooms in two of the units and 5 bedrooms in the other two units.
