Three terrace houses and torrens title subdivision on a triangular corner site under the Low Rise Housing Diversity Code. They demonstrated what can be achieved on a tricky and unusual shaped site with careful and clever design. A perfect balance of contrasting materials, colours and textures to create a contemporary yet timeless look. Currently under construction.
Project Achievements
– The 660sqm block is an unusual triangular shape that narrows towards the back so it didn’t have much potential for developments. Through clever design thinking, our team was able to overcome the challenges of a very difficult site and in turn, reap the benefits of the peculiar conditions. The result was 3 comfortable homes, all with 4 bedrooms and generous open plan living and dining opening out onto the private outdoor living area – all the amenities of a freestanding house.
