This 4-bedroom townhouse project in Albion Park overcame a challenging site to create three torrens title houses which maximises light, space and fabulous views. The biggest challenge was the site, which was very steep and unusually shaped. This inspired a more creative design and careful planning to achieve three comfortable and well-crafted homes that maximises the exceptional escarpment views, optimises thermal mass storage for passive heating and cooling and ensures privacy while minimising site work costs. DA approved by Shellharbour City Council and currently at CC stage.
