From the streetscape the proposal presents as a two storey luxury dwelling. However, this project involves retaining the existing dwelling and creating a separate two storey luxury dwelling to form a detached dual occupancy development under CDC. Being on a corner block, each dwelling will have separate titles and street frontages. A layered arrangement of volumes and a simple palette of materials detailed carefully result in a new contemporary home whose architecture will remain relevant and enduring into the future.
