ArkExpress was involved in preparing a complete and comprehensive set of construction documentation package for an internal refurbishment and facade upgrade for one of Montessori Academy’s childcare centre in Clayton, Victoria. We made sure we produced a very detailed and concise set of construction drawings and specifications to enable the builder to be clear on the scope of work and materials, alleviating assumptions and avoiding heavy financial and construction mistakes.
